My profile information is not appearing in my printed portfolio?

The system syncs every hour with your personal profile to help speed up the portfolio building process. Due to people sometimes submitting lots of information all at once, to prevent you sitting around, the system does an auto sync and pulls the information across in small batches.

Sadly this is an issue if you do it all together and then go to print your portfolio. However, you have done the hard work now so your profile will only need amending in the future.

What we encourage is complete your profile sections at a time and then the system will sync this every hour.

Once the system is synced, you can request as many portfolio downloads as you need.
