When do I know when my subscription / membership is due?

Here at CPDme we believe it should be clear to you about your subscription and payment due date.

You can log in anytime and access your personal profile where there is an option to see your invoices and payments (as highlighted)

 

 

Simply click on Invoices and Payments and this will reveal both your historical invoices and also when your next payment is due (highlighted at the top).

We will always email you before payment is taken and you can choose to cancel your recurring payments anytime during your subscription.

If you have a GoCardless direct debit set up, you will need to contact us for the exact renewal date. However, you will be emailed before any payment is taken.
