CPDme are currently looking for listed items that could be included in a NEW Clinical Skills Log app that will launch soon. We may also implement the log into CPDme to compliment the current system.

Questions

    I would like to be able to add my submissions that are currently in the online diary. Is this possible to do?

    I would like to add skills like,

    Using a drug in a new situation e.g. Adrenaline in cardiogenic shock,
    Taking part in clinical study, currently I'm involved in pre hospital Troponin I testing for NSTEMI and have to take and test bloods,
    Being lead clinician at a multi patient event or cardiac arrest,
    Paediatric IV access and drug administration,
    Jugular IV access
    Difficult intubation and Igel/LMA,
    Needle cric' and chest decompression,
    Ottawa ankle and knee rules,
    Major trauma,
    Wound closure
    haemostatic dressing, tourniquets

    Here's a few ideas for adding to log:
    C-spine immobilisation, long board/vacuum mattress immobilisation, splinting, suction, BLS airway (Nasopharyngeal/Oropharyngeal/), ventilation (BVM/Ventilator), chest compressions, Oxygen Administration, ECG interpretation, IV cannulation, IO insertion, Drug administration IV/SL/IM/NEB, Blood Glucose monitoring, Intubation, Defibrillation (Manual/AED)
