PLANNED UPDATES 26th May 2015

CPDme storage including the website and mobile app submissions will be unavailable from 11pm on the 26th May 2015 to 6am 27th May 2015.

This is due to essential upgrades, security tokens and preparing for the launch of the new android mobile app.

The purpose of this upgrade is to make your data transmission and retrieving faster, safer and cost less data when using mobile wifi or 3/4G.

Website upgrade to from Version 1.9 to Version 2.0 complete

No known issues at present.

Upgrade to Version 2.1 due within 14 days with minimal disruption planned.

1st Feb 2015 - 1pm

Being prepped to upgrade site on the 16th Feb 2015. Small glitches expected.

Major reconstruction and data transfer. Site maybe unavailable from midnight on the 15th Feb till 3pm on the 16th Feb.

There have been a couple of members who have been unable to view reports in their personal portfolio. If you are struggling loading your report, simply contact us using the Members Support Email and we will update your report. This will cause minimal disruption and all your information is safe.

We are currently upgrading the members page to include the new 5 step guide to creating an online portfolio. Current Downtime for Some Users

We are in the process of restarting a database server because of a technical issue that popped-up earlier today. This is taking a little time, but effected forms and accounts should be accessible again in the very near future. Stay tuned for updates.
