CPDme iPhone App Status

Some users are reporting that the updated app is crashing when entering details. The team are working to correct this but a fix is to update your operating system on your IOS device to Version 8.4

The app storage has been disabled pending moving to new faster storage solution. This is anticipated to be restored on the release of our new mobile app. There is also another issue where the evidence captured by the app is not appearing on the online website. This issue will be resolved on the app update version launched at the end of May 2015. Apologies for any problems recieved during this time.

16th Feb 2015

The new website update has caused the iPhone APP submissions not to communicate with the www.CPDme.com website. Our IT tech team are working hard to bring an urgent update to the app store to correct this problem. Sadly, we have no control over apples urgency but be assured that the app will not loose your submissions and they will be securely stored on our server until the update is complete.

You will still recieve confirmation printable submissions from the iPhone APP

1st Feb 2015

Expected issues - Data Transfer when new website launches on the 16th Feb 2016. Information submitted via app may not immediately match up with the website. However, the app is being upgraded shortly and will feature a new look and lots of new features to compliment the website.

The website will also be mobile responsive from the 16th Feb 2015.

System Check -  Fault

The app seems to close when registering for the first time / logging in. The suggested issue is the update to IOS7.1. Alex from the APP team is currently looking at an essential update and resolution is expected early next week with an update from the app store. No information will be lost during this period and we suggest that you use the website to update your CPD Portfolio.

You can still download the app but need to follow these instructions:

When setting up your initial registration details, after you’ve selected your ‘Registered with…’, tap on your first name again, then press the right arrow to continue.

This will bypass the glitch until we fix it .

There have been a couple of members who have been unable to view reports in their personal portfolio. If you are struggling loading your report, simply contact us using the Members Support Email and we will update your report. This will cause minimal disruption and all your information is safe.

Current Downtime for Some Users

We are in the process of restarting a database server because of a technical issue that popped-up earlier today. This is taking a little time, but effected forms and accounts should be accessible again in the very near future. Stay tuned for updates.
